Instructions
1) Make sure you have a vanilla, clean, unmodded version.
2) Run TTDISAV1 installer (compatibility setting should not be needed)
3) Place TTDISA_EXE_2_MODDED_HOODLUM patcher in the game root folder and run it.
4) Use either Alt's stable EoL fix, or Silent's unofficial patch (check readme. The first is recommended) - By MirhThis tool allows to customize camera capability and view in GTA:San Andreas
I added the fix for 64 bit systems too (it was bugged, so I needed to fix the fix)
